Scouting For Food Marketing and Promotions Packet
Scouting for Food is just one way the Boy Scouts of America works to improve communities across the nation. Scouts are active cleaning up parks, building houses, gathering for the needy, and even helping with disaster preparedness. We need millions of volunteers to provide these opportunities for youth to learn and grow.

The Scouting for Food program is one of the programs that places Scouts directly in the community. This packet with a Scouting for Food coordinator in your unit will help you deliver on the promise of citizenship, plus helping those in the community.

This includes example media releases, door hangers, and other tools to have a successful unit Scouting for Food event.

This is the number one question we as leaders ask on a daily basis.  What can we do to get more youth involved in Scouting?

The answer is to have a top notch mountain top program and promote the good that your unit is doing to the community.
